Our loan was a lot harder to obtain than we originally thought.  When they pulled our title report they found several liens affecting title that were not ours.  Oak Hill Mortgage went above and beyond in helping us get them removed so that we could refinance our home.  Even when it seemed like the loan would not go through they found a way to make it happen.  We look forward to doing our next loan through them.
